Founded in 1975, Inverkeithing Competitive Amateur Swimmers (InCAS) has been encouraging and nurturing young local swimmers to reach their own swimming potential in a safe and caring environment for almost 50 years. As a result we have a proud history of success in Regional, National and International events.
